Register My Athlete

Register my athlete is a site that we will be using to clear students for participation in after school athletics. (We will no longer be accepting paper packets)

In order for an athlete to be eligible for athletics, they must take the following steps.

Step 1

Sign up for an account at http://registermyathlete.com

Step 2

Choose a year and sport(s) to sign up for.

Step 3 

Enter all of the information about the student when prompted.

Step 4

Read and sign all electronic documents.

Step 5 

Upload all of the required documents listed below

      1. Physical Evaluation and Physical Examination - Must be completed by the parents and signed by the physician.

      3. Brainbook Concussion Certificate -

           -Student must go to https://academy.azpreps365.com/ and sign up for and sign up for an account.
           -Choose 9th grade and Deer Valley High School
           -Complete the course and take a screenshot of the certificate. (Look below to see what the certificate should look like.  The certificate must have the student's name on it.

      4. Emergency Information Form - To complete this form, you have a couple options.

          -Print out the form.  Write in the information. Scan or take a legible picture of the document.
          -Use software to fill in the information and then re-save the file.

Please Note:  At this time we are not using the Register My Athlete website to pay the $60 athletic activity fee.  To pay the athletic fee after they make the team, click here.

Athletic Participation Fee

2025-2026 School Year

A $120 fee must be paid per sport in order for a student to participate in any Extra-curricular sport. This payment must be made within 1 week of notification of making a team (cut-sports), and 1 week after the season starts for non-cut sports. Students will not be able to attend practices after the 1 week grace period, if fees are not yet paid.

There is a $240 max per student for each school year.  I that amount is reached, no fee will be charge for a 3rd sport participation.

There is a $500 max per family, just in case you have middle school and high school students that participate in athletic activities.

A correction has been made for the volleyball games on Thursday, January 22.  The 7th graders will be at home and the 8th graders will be at Highland Lakes.
Please disregard the schedule below for the games on January 22.

2025-26  Desert Sky Middle School Wrestling Schedule

Jamboree: 12/10 @ Boulder Creek High-School- Round Robin all; All Schools will be in attendance.

Hillcrest Duels: 1/10 @ Hillcrest Middle School. Team format; All schools will be in attendance.

NVMLC Championships @ Hillcrest Middle School Jan 24th

State Championships-  January 30 and 31 at the Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott. (More information to follow)
